AVS AXYZ Vision System

The A2MC Vision System (AVS) is an optional software and camera package that can be added to any A2MC system.

The AVS camera plugs into the USB port of any laptop, netbook, or desktop computer and operates directly with the A2MC GUI software. This simple interface avoids any conflicts with Windows versions, PC mother boards, and incompatible drivers. The camera also operates in full colour with a very large viewing area for ease of use.

The AVS can operate with three different types of location dots to avoid the problems associated with getting the sequencing of dots mixed up.

In print to cut operations the AVS handles locating and rotating the image as well as adjusting for X and/or Y stretching. It has a very easy to use visual interface that is connected to the A2MC via the local area network enabling very fast and smooth jogging and positioning.

The camera only requires a single CAT5 cable connection to the computer so it can be quickly and easily retrofitted to any existing A2MC controlled machine.
