Drills
The A2MC controller supports a number of drilling options:
- Pneumatic drills are the most common and are an economical choice to add faster drilling to any machine. The most common configuration is for one or two pneumatic drills to be added as secondary tools to a router system. This drills are powered entirely pneumatically so are very simple to install and maintain.
- Electric drills are for much heavier use than pneumatic drills. They can be “stand alone” devices or they can be paired up with a spindle. They can also handle much larger drills than a pneumatic drill can.
- Gang drills are commonly used in cabinet construction. The ganged drills are in either 7 or 9 hole patterns spaced at 32 mm. They are for very high production of shelf holes in cabinets. They are commonly installed as a secondary device with a router.
