Operator Console

The A2MC operator console enables the operator of the machine to easily access all the functions and features of the A2MC controller using an interface that is rugged and safe.  The key pads are extra large and extra tactile specifically designed to be operated with work gloves.

The console is normally positioned on the gantry nearest the Y origin.

The console operation is divided into four sections:

1. Jogging the machine.  Click on one of the two right diagrams for more details on how this works.
2. File Management.  Click on “Folder” button.
3. Functions.  Click on the “F” button.
4. Starting and Stopping Jobs.  Click on the Start or Stop button.
